Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement region-specific sales strategies to achieve business targets for affordable housing loans.Monitor and manage the performance of branches and field sales teams.Drive lead generation, conversions, and cross-selling of other financial products.Team ManagementRecruit, train, and lead a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Branch Managers, and Direct Sales Executives (DSEs).Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.Foster a high-performance culture through motivation and goal setting.Market & Channel DevelopmentIdentify and develop new markets, affordable housing projects, and partnerships.Establish and grow relationships with developers, DSAs, connectors, and other channel partners.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.Operations & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to credit, risk, and documentation processes across the region.Collaborate with the credit and operations team for seamless disbursement and turnaround times.Minimize NPAs through proactive risk identification and resolution.Compliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines (including NHB/RBI norms), and audit requirements.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, market feedback, and operational issues.
