UI Developer Job DescriptionIn this key role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients in the IT Industry. They have chosen a trusted partner for their upcoming projects.Design high-quality user interface layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows using Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch.Develop responsive, accessible, and reusable front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/Angular/Vue.Collaborate with UX researchers to conduct user testing, gather feedback, and refine designs for usability and clarity.Build and maintain user interface design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across applications.Evaluate accessibility compliance (WCAG standards) across all UI elements and user journeys.Translate business and functional requirements into intuitive, user-friendly UI/UX solutions.Optimize UI performance and cross-browser compatibility for all devices (web, mobile, tablet).Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end user experience.Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments by resolving UI defects, usability issues, and interface improvements.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, provide effort estimates, and contribute to continuous improvement processes.The ideal candidate will possess 4-7 years of UI/UX design and front-end development experience.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator is required.Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and at least one framework: React / Angular / Vue are essential.Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing is necessary.Responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility experience is mandatory.Awareness of Agile/Scrum environment is expected.About Our CompanyWe are a prominent name across the globe in IT consulting services.With a relentless commitment to innovation and excellence, we empower businesses to bolster their IT teams with top-tier talent.We take pride in being a great place to work.
