Enterprise Solutions ArchitectWe are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team. This role is based in Pune / Bangalore, India and will be offered in a hybrid work model. The position provides flexibility to balance in-office collaboration with remote working, enabling employees to contribute effectively while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.The ideal candidate will be involved in designing, implementing and overseeing our integrated enterprise solutions using client-centric approaches. A track record of approaching challenges innovatively along with strong interpersonal skills are also critical success factors for this role. Candidates must be able to collaborate with colleagues in a matrixed environment to drive all aspects of this activity.Key Responsibilities:Define and propose integrated enterprise solutions covering customer processes, ensuring strategic alignment and technical feasibilityCollect, formalize, and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical and functional specifications for enterprise systemsDesign system architecture addressing data management, process automation, integration with systems like PLM/ERP/MES, and scalability for future requirementsOversee implementation phases, including stakeholder communication, technical governance, risk mitigation, and delivery to the business roadmapRequired Skills and Qualifications:4 to 7 Years of Experience in PLM / ERP Implementation and Solution ArchitecturePost Graduation or Graduation in computer science or mechanical engineeringBenefits:At least 4 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, technical consultant, or in similar roles, ideally in an enterprise software implementation environmentGood understanding of engineering process and workflows in typical manufacturing companiesHands-on consulting experience with PLM / ERP or an enterprise software implementation, integration, and roll outStrong English skills, written and spoken. Proven ability to communicate with a range of people of different technical and experience levels and the ability to be self-directed as well as to work in a teamOther Requirements:General knowledge and experience in distributed collaborative multi-tiered enterprise applicationsExperience on following technologies is expected: web application development technologies, storage infrastructure, authentication and email systems – LDAP / SMTP, relational database, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence and machine learning, operating systems, production use of Git, GitLab, GitHub or Azure DevOps, good understanding of process related software toolsFamiliarity with CAE process and tools will be an advantageUnderstanding of high-performance computing and queuing systems like SLURMStrong problem-solving skillsWilling to travel at least 50% of the time
