Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Legal & Compliance Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end legal operations spanning India and US entities, including contract management, compliance governance, and handling notices.This is a critical business-enabling role working directly with leadership across finance, HR, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and experience managing entity compliance and contract negotiation.The Legal & Compliance Manager will work closely with external counsel to handle litigation, IP protection, employment law, and data-privacy matters. They will also provide legal inputs to internal stakeholders on business decisions, pricing models, and new market entry.Required Skills and QualificationsQualifications:LLB / BL from a reputed university; LLM or CS background preferred.5–7 years of post-qualification experience with exposure to SaaS / Tech / IT sectors.Skills:Proven experience in managing India + US entity compliance, contract negotiation, and regulatory liaison.Excellent drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with SaaS legal aspects such as subscription models, data processing agreements, and reseller contracts.BenefitsAs a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a high-growth global SaaS company transforming IT operations.
