TCS Hiring for SAP SuccessFactors - Learning Management Systems Experience Range: - 5 to 14 yearsJob Locations : Kolkata and Ahmedabad Job DescriptionDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-Have**(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)Certification in Success Factors Learning Management SystemDesigning, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environmentHandling the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients needsExpertise in LMS reporting, exposure to PRD reportingPerforming all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module.At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements.Good-to-HaveMultiple certification SAP SuccessFactors moduleConduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.Exposure to validated Learning Management System and other validation toolsSupport the design and development of custom reports for clients using PRD toolMinimum Qualification:15 years of full-time education Disclaimer: We encourage you to register at www.tcs.com/careers for exploring an exciting career with TCS.
