Key responsibilities include:Reviewing and validating AI prompts for IT helpdesk and HR service delivery workflows.Ensuring AI systems follow the correct processes for ticket routing, employee onboarding, IT asset handling, and HR case management.Working closely with AI/ML teams to ensure the AI is tuned to reflect real-world operations in large utilities/energy corporations.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:Deep experience in IT or HR operations within large Utilities/Energy companies (e.g., Chevron, Shell, BP, Duke Energy).Experience with ticket routing, employee onboarding, IT asset handling, HR case management, and SLA-driven workflows.Familiarity with internal support operations in large enterprise environments.Strong understanding of real-world logistics support workflows and how they should be represented in AI models.
