AI Engineer for Medical Imaging ReconstructionWe are looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge medical imaging reconstruction technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying machine learning models that can accurately reconstruct 3D anatomical structures from 2D X-ray images.About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer vision, deep learning, and medical imaging. They will be expected to work closely with our clinical team to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.Key Responsibilities:Design and train machine learning models for 2D→3D reconstructionDevelop and implement data preprocessing and augmentation pipelinesCollaborate with clinicians to validate model performance and gather feedbackDeploy models to production and maintain experiment logs and metrics dashboardsRequirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in ML/Deep Learning with shipped models in productionStrong experience in computer vision for geometry problems: keypoints, reconstruction, pose estimation, volumetric predictionHands-on expertise with PyTorch, multi-GPU training, and advanced optimization techniquesPrior work with DICOM/X-ray/medical imaging or demonstrably adjacent experienceProven ability to independently take a model from idea → dataset → training → evaluation → productionBonus (Big Plus):Experience with NeRFs, implicit neural representations, depth inference, or differentiable renderingExperience building autosuggestion systems, ranking models, or intent prediction in complex workflowsWhy This Role is Exciting:You will own the foundational AI layer for India's most advanced orthopedic planning platformClear, well-scoped problems and direct access to clinicians who use your modelsChance to build category-defining medical AI from the ground upHigh ownership, high-impact role in a company scaling rapidly across India and global marketsHiring Information:This is a hybrid role with periodic clinical onsite work.
