Job Title: Junior Procurement Executive

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and suppliers on projects, supplies, and initiatives. Provide input on how changes may affect purchasing and production activities.

• Market Awareness: Monitor changes in the market that impact the supply and demand of materials and products. Share relevant updates with team members and stakeholders.

• Risk Management: Participate in meetings to report on any issues or risks that could affect the organization's ability to meet customer demands or manage production capacity effectively.

• Product Support: Assist in evaluating product change requests and communicate potential impacts on capacity planning. Ensure changes align with production capabilities.

• Supplier Relationships: Help build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Ensure clear and effective communication to support operational needs.

• This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual eager to learn and contribute to procurement operations while developing key skills in supplier management and market analysis.

• Cost Efficiency: Research and support initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and add value to business processes.

• Contract Support: Aid in negotiating contracts, improving pricing, and refining business terms with suppliers. Contribute to identifying opportunities for savings using best practices in procurement tools and methods.
