Senior 3D Props ArtistCraft high-quality, visually stunning buildings, weapons, props, and environmental assets optimized for mobile and multi-platform performance.Model, texture, and optimize detailed 3D assets to create immersive, hyper-realistic environments.Establish visual quality standards and balance fidelity and performance, ensuring seamless playback on mobile devices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve a cohesive style and contribute to process improvements and asset workflows.Key Qualifications:4+ years of experience as a 3D Props Artist, with a focus on mobile environments in the gaming industry.Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine, Blender/Maya, Substance Painter, ZBrush.Deep understanding of PBR workflows, optimization techniques, and modular design principles.Strong artistic sense of scale, detail, and storytelling through props.Experience with realistic environments and previous work on shipped mobile titles.Nice to Have:Familiarity with procedural tools or photogrammetry software.
