Job Title: IT Service Management SpecialistDescription:The primary function of this position is to provide exceptional support for the Managed Services tool sets and related processes and procedures.Main Responsibilities:Ensure timely handling of client access management requests by providing daily operational support and managing ticket distribution.Offer Subject Matter Expert (SME) support and system administration duties for critical tools and applications within the ITSM Ticketing System.Deliver prompt and professional assistance to end users and key stakeholders in support of daily operations.Maintain and review the effectiveness and efficiency of all ITSM processes to identify areas for improvement.Proactively assume ownership of incidents and requests, monitoring assignment group queues in ServiceNow to ensure seamless service delivery.Collaborate with other members of the Platform team to design and implement processes that meet technical requirements.Validate Service request requirements and work them to completion in ServiceNow.Participate in identifying enhancement opportunities for process improvements and work to implement enhancements.About the Role:Develop and maintain comprehensive process and procedure documentation aligned with Service Operation best practices.Create and maintain key artifacts for operational support.Regularly review access management to key systems to ensure security and compliance with audit requirements.Design, develop, and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic in ServiceNow.Contribute to QA strategy, including solutions for unit, regression, and acceptance testing.Collaborate on code integration, test, and deployment.Maintain ServiceNow certification and engage in ongoing learning and training.Participate in ServiceNow webinars and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices.Apply knowledge from ServiceNow training modules to enhance processes and improve performance.Regularly update system plug-ins and applications for optimal performance and security.Perform system audits of business rules, error logs for integrations, and email transaction failures.
