You will work as part of a team that creates innovative products through cutting-edge technology.The key responsibilities include:Predictive Model Developer: Create, deploy, and maintain predictive models for skill assessment and job matching.Data Modelling Expert: Build and maintain robust data models for large-scale datasets.Embedding Specialist: Develop embeddings for skills, jobs, and user profiles to drive recommendations and similarity analysis.Model Trainer: Train, validate, and fine-tune ML models on diverse datasets.Statistical Analyst: Apply advanced statistical techniques for insights and product development.GCP BigData Implementer: Design scalable pipelines with BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc.Multi-Cloud Integrator: Manage deployments across multiple cloud environments.Python Programming Expert: Write clean, testable Python code using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.Algorithm Optimizer: Enhance performance of ML pipelines and improve training speed and accuracy.Insight Communicator: Present results to technical stakeholders.Key Skills and Qualifications:3–5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with strong focus on predictive modeling and data analytics.Advanced proficiency in Python and core libraries.Experience with GCP BigData tools such as BigQuery, Dataflow, and Dataproc.Knowledge of multi-cloud environments and deployment strategies.Proven expertise in statistical analysis techniques.Experience with data modeling and database design principles.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
