If you’ve worked in a Accounts Receivables and Credit control profile for more than 1-year, are particular, precise, and deadline-driven, you may be an ideal fit for our Accounts Department. Job Description For Executive – Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Key Responsibilities: Manage monthly billing, invoicing, and preparation of proforma invoices. Maintain up-to-date books of accounts with accuracy and completeness. Handle accounting operations using Tally and Microsoft Excel. Coordinate with clients and sales teams for timely collection follow-ups. Record daily bank receipts and collections in Tally. Prepare and monitor Accounts Receivable and Outstanding Reports. Conduct regular daily bank reconciliations. GST R1 related billing/invoicing activities. Perform TDS reconciliation with Form 26AS. New Vendor Registration. Ledger Reconciliation. Need to account for Suspense a/c clearance. Generate and analyze MIS reports for management review. Liaise with auditors and provide necessary data or clarifications as required. Experience - 1-3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Qualification - Any Graduate / Post-Graduate Designation & Remuneration: Would be assigned based on the current designation & experience of the candidate. Job Location: Sewri (West), Mumbai - 400 015. (5 minutes walking distance from Sewri Station & Sewri Bus Depot.) Office Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Saturday-Sunday Holiday; However, in a month at least 1 Saturday is a working.)
