Our organization is looking for a seasoned quality assurance leader to join our team.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, including test automation and performance testing.We are seeking someone who can define quality standards, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.Job DescriptionThis position requires a strong understanding of software development life cycles, automated testing tools, and Agile methodologies.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the QA team, designing and implementing test automation strategies, establishing and maintaining QA processes, and collaborating with product and development teams.In addition to technical skills, we are looking for a leader who can motivate and grow the QA function, foster a culture of innovation and excellence, and promote collaboration and communication across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the QA team, defining quality standards and best practices.Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing.Establish and maintain QA processes across Web, Mobile, Backend, and Infrastructure.Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development.Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.RequirementsMSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack.Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript.Experience testing Web, Mobile, and Backend.Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar).Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing.BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Flexible schedule, remote work options.Ongoing training and career development opportunities.A collaborative, dynamic work environment.The chance to work on a platform with 150,000+ users.About UsAsynchronous culture, minimal meetings, maximum focus time.Fully remote, work from anywhere.
