Job TitleLXME is India's first comprehensive financial ecosystem designed exclusively for women, empowering them to earn, spend, save, and invest with confidence.The OpportunityWe're seeking a high-impact professional to own our referral and DSA-driven growth engine, building a scalable product that fuels assets under management (AUM) and revenue.ARN-Based ChannelIdentify, onboard, and activate registered insurance facilitators across key markets.Manage revenue-sharing models, operations, and billing accuracy.Ensure regulatory compliance and transparent payout governance.Non-ARN Mentor ProgramBuild LXME's internal referral network of mentors and agents.Owning onboarding, certification, training, and retention programs.Lead mentor-leaders managing local pods.Performance & GrowthTrack channel funnel: recruitment → activation → AUM contribution.Owning AUM & revenue targets for both channels.Operations & GovernanceMaintain management information systems (MIS), dashboards, and billing systems for both channels.Collaborate with Training & Quality to standardize capability programs.Work with the technology team & product team to develop partnership digital assets.We're looking for a fintech sales operator with experience in DSA / IFA distribution and channel performance, data-driven, disciplined, and comfortable owning profit-and-loss (P&L) impact.
