Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform using its built-in tools and functionalities.You will work closely with business users and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.As a seasoned professional, you will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and asset lifecycle management.Key responsibilities include:Developing clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best development practices.Documenting code and functionalities to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.Conducting code reviews and performing quality control checks.Troubleshooting and fixing technical problems that arise within the ServiceNow platform.Developing and executing automated test cases to ensure software quality.Configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM or any other) to meet specific business requirements.Additional tasks may include:Implementing best practices for data security, governance, and reporting.Providing ongoing support to users for ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM functionalities or any other module/application of ServiceNow.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience in using ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, scripting, ServiceNow App Engine Studio, Workflows, APIs, update sets, Application Scoping and other development tools.In-depth knowledge and experience with ITSM , ITAM, IT discovery tools best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
