Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer with 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in the IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing engaging presentations, posters, templates, and other digital assets while ensuring a user-centered approach and visual consistency across platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing presentations, posters, and templates for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines and project objectives.
  • Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across various devices.
  • Continuously improve design processes by incorporating feedback and data from usability testing.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in UI/UX design, presentation, and poster design.
  • Work with developers to ensure the correct implementation of design elements.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ Months of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably within an IT company.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Experience in creating presentations, posters, and templates with a strong visual appeal.
  • Ability to design responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Web Design, or a related field.
