Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled evaluator proficient in Marathi language to assess and compare AI-generated responses.Evaluate AI model outputs in Marathi and provide performance assessments based on predefined criteria.Identify and flag toxic, harmful or hate-based content, including subtle or context-dependent cases.Classify the type and severity of toxicity, e.g., hate speech, harassment, abusive language.Key Responsibilities:Ensure consistency, accuracy and adherence to project guidelines by providing clear explanations for flagged items where required.Develop and maintain expertise in evaluating AI model outputs in Marathi, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.Requirements:Language Skills: Proficiency in Marathi language is essential. Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. Familiarity with AI models and their limitations is desirable.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
