Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Automation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and delivering automation solutions using leading RPA platforms.About the RoleDevelop, test, and deploy automation solutions for clients across various industries.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business process details and document process definitions.Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure they meet the required standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver automation solutions that meet client expectations.Participate in workshops to gather business process information and document process definitions.Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.At least 2 years of experience in software development, preferably with RPA tools.Strong understanding of programming languages (e.g., .Net, Java, VB, C#, Python).Desirable SkillsExperience with Microsoft Office Visio or other equivalent flow-charting tools.Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies and best practices.
