Role Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled Visual Designer with strong expertise in branding and packaging design to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing visual identities from scratch, creating packaging concepts that stand out on shelves, and collaborating closely with strategists, writers, and developers to bring brand experiences to life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand identities, including logos, typography, color systems, and visual guidelines.
  • Design packaging across various formats (FMCG, D2C, luxury, etc.)—from concept to production-ready artwork.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and project managers to ensure cohesive brand narratives.
  • Translate brand positioning into compelling visual storytelling across different touchpoints.
  • Prepare mockups, dielines, print files, and oversee production when required.
  • Stay current with design trends, material innovation, sustainability practices, and market shifts.


Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in branding and/or packaging design, preferably at a design agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity systems and packaging work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Figma is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of printing processes, packaging structure, and material limitations.
  • Attention to detail, with a flair for creative, strategic thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
