Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team, with a focus on driving innovative solutions using cutting-edge AI/ML and LLM. This role demands a blend of deep technical expertise, effective communication, and ownership . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and deploying scalable LLM/ML solutions, and talking to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, including Agentic RAG and Graph RAG, for real-world applications along with LLM evaluation and validation.
- Build and fine-tune models such as GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, Llama, or Phi for specific use cases using prompt engineering and custom fine-tuning techniques.
- Work with millions of data points (e.g., PubMed articles), ensuring efficient high quality data extraction and indexing scalability.
Infrastructure Development :
- Set up and maintain infrastructure such as FASIS and MySQL/PostgreSQL databases with high availability and uptime.
- Develop scalable deployment pipelines using Docker and AWS (ECR, Lambda, Step Functions).
Data Analysis & Machine Learning :
- Utilize Python libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Dask, Pyspark for data processing and analysis.
- Apply ML/DL libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch for developing and deploying models.
Traditional NLP Expertise : Work on advanced NLP techniques including Transformers (BERT, T5, GPT), Word2Vec, NER, topic modeling, and contrastive learning.
- Good understanding of Python Ecosystem and implementing research papers
Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver impactful solutions.
- Fast paced development and Rapid prototyping environment.
Good to have:
- Expertise in Claims data and pharma background
- Awareness on best software design practices, basic understanding of Flask like backend packages
