Located in Bangalore, Patil-I-Labs is designed to complement Patil Group's manufacturing and track engineering capabilities by developing next-generation products in Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Machine Vision.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Embedded Systems Leader to lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge, deep-tech products. In this role, you will manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept through to commissioning, ensuring high-quality, reliable solutions that meet both customer requirements and industry standards. You will lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving collaboration and innovation while continuously improving processes for enhanced performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in embedded systems, hardware integration, sensors, and communication protocols, as well as proficiency in C, C++, RTOS, and related embedded tools. Experience with AI/ML tools, IoT, and industry technologies like Industry 4.0 is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of industry regulations and standards.
