Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring system administration and engineering practices in the areas of Platform Technologies - Compute/Storage/Virtualization.You will analyze, develop, test, optimize and deliver solutions to improve processes and Infrastructure as code automation practices with quality.Key responsibilities include:Maintaining and monitoring system administration and engineering practicesAnalyzing, developing, testing, optimizing and delivering solutions to improve processesEnsuring integrity and security of systems through patch managementUnderstanding and participation in Disaster recovery testsPerforming technical reviews of deploy guides, code and documentationsProviding innovative solution to complex technical problems and drive towards solutionsFocusing on deepening expertise aligned to business needsLearning, using and conducting technical trainingsMentoring junior team membersEffective communication across IT TeamsProviding support on critical systems in an on-call rotationEnsuring adherence to standards and policies of the organization
