Senior Frontend Architect

Lead Frontend Developer PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Frontend Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and evolution of frontend architecture for large-scale applications.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Experience in architecting large-scale frontend applications and microfrontend architecture is also essential.The selected candidate will work closely with solution architects, backend developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure cohesive frontend-backend integration. Strong debugging and performance optimization skills in complex, legacy frontend systems are required.A solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and responsive design is necessary, as well as experience working with REST APIs and distributed systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and containerization using Docker or Kubernetes is an advantage.The Lead Frontend Developer will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the frontend team, defining coding standards, and enforcing clean architecture principles. Mentor junior developers and support talent development across the team.Experience with enterprise-grade design systems and shared component libraries is beneficial. Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and web security best practices is necessary. Prior experience leading frontend teams in multinational or large-scale projects is required.The successful candidate will have strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
