Digital Production Expert

Job Title: Senior Digital Production LeaderWe're seeking a senior digital production leader to drive innovation in digital content creation, establish next-generation workflows, and enable AI-powered production at scale across markets and media.This role requires a unique blend of creative technology, automation, and operations leadership.The selected leader will oversee end-to-end production for digital assets including static and rich-media banners, HTML5 creatives, dynamic emails, landing pages, microsites, UI/UX prototypes, and motion graphics.A successful candidate will partner with global creative and account teams to translate creative ideas into scalable, high-quality digital deliverables.The ideal candidate will champion craft excellence, platform compliance, and performance-driven creativity.This position involves identifying, designing, and implementing automation use cases across creative production.The successful candidate will lead workflow modernization across tools such as Figma, After Effects, Animate, Google Web Designer, Adobe Creative Cloud, and platform APIs.This role also involves developing and governing production templates, component libraries, and automation frameworks to improve throughput and quality.A key responsibility of this role is evaluating and integrating AI tools for design, image, video, and content generation.The selected leader will partner with data, tech, and operations teams to create AI-assisted creative pipelines for banner, motion, and web content.The ideal candidate will mentor a team of digital producers, developers, and motion designers; nurture cross-functional talent capable of handling integrated campaigns.This position involves collaborating with operations and global stakeholders to define future capability roadmaps.A successful candidate will drive partnerships with global agency teams to ensure innovation is business-linked and ROI-driven.Requirements12–18 years of experience in digital creative production, preferably in a global advertising or digital-marketing network environment.Expertise across HTML5 banners, motion graphics, UI/UX, responsive web, email design/development, and digital campaign deployment.Hands-on experience in creative automation workflows (Figma plugins, Adobe scripts, API-driven production, or similar).Working knowledge of AI tools and creative automation platforms for design, content, and motion generation.Proven success in leading digital or hybrid creative teams across global markets.Excellent understanding of production metrics, workflow governance, and delivery automation.Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to bridge creative, technology, and operations teams.Preferred QualificationsExposure to AI/ML in creative or content production ecosystems.Experience building or managing Centers of Excellence for creative technology or digital craft.Understanding of DAMs, workflow tools, and automated QA systems.Passion for technology-driven creativity and the evolving future of digital production.
