Job Title: Game and Digital Twin VisionaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to lead our team in the development of innovative game and digital twin experiences using Unreal Engine.About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting a compelling creative vision that brings together art, storytelling, and technical expertise to deliver high-quality, immersive experiences. This includes:Developing and executing a cohesive artistic direction for games and digital twins, ensuring consistency across all Unreal Engine content.Mentoring and guiding art teams to achieve exceptional results, while setting clear creative and visual standards within the engine.Collaborating with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal Unreal Engine workflows support creative goals.Oversight of in-engine visual quality, including style, tone, lighting, and world presentation, to create stunning environments and simulations.Providing strategic direction for large-scale or high-visual-impact projects, leveraging real-world virtual environments and simulation experiences built in Unreal.Required Qualifications:To excel in this role, you will need:A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Creative Director in gaming or real-time interactive projects.Hands-on experience leading teams using Unreal Engine for high-quality productions, with a strong command of real-time production, cinematics, character tools, and world-building features.Demonstrated leadership on large-scale or high-visual-impact projects, showcasing proven skills in leadership, communication, and decision-making.A solid artistic foundation in environment, cinematic, or visual design, with expertise in relevant software and tools.Software and Tools Expertise:Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Houdini, Substance, Megascans, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Perforce/Git, Jira, and other workflow systems is essential. Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5, clothing, vegetation, or real-world capture workflows (e.g., Marvelous Designer, SpeedTree, photogrammetry tools) is also required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience building large, open, or real-world environments in Unreal Engine, familiarity with digital-twin concepts or real-world data integration, and an interest in next-gen visuals and immersive worldbuilding are desired qualities.
