Global Lead for Microsoft PartnerThe ideal candidate will own the orchestration and management of our partner program in relation to its strategic alliance with Microsoft.This role will involve serving as a global lead for the administration of Microsoft Partner Center, including access management, commercial marketplace solution management, lead tracking & referral submissions, claim submissions, incentives and earnings tracking, Azure revenue tracking and revenue recognition stewardship, issue resolution, access requests, and ad hoc queries from the global business.They will maintain an issue register with root cause analysis and remediation, serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing insights and recommendations on Partner Center benefits, co-sell motions, incentives, marketplace GTM, and other Microsoft partner programs.Coordination of Microsoft Advanced Specialization processes with the ALIANDO PMO, including evidence collection, audits, renewals, and timeline management, ensure ongoing communications with Marketing & Sales on lead performance, funnel progression, conversion rates, ACR influence, claims status, incentives attainment, and marketplace KPIs, provide regular business reviews and dashboards.Responsibilities:Partner program orchestration and managementMicrosoft Partner Center administrationAccess management and commercial marketplace solution managementLead tracking & referral submissionsClaim submissions and incentives and earnings trackingAzure revenue tracking and revenue recognition stewardshipIssue resolution, access requests, and ad hoc queriesRoot cause analysis and remediationTrusted advisor to managementCo-ordination of Microsoft Advanced Specialization processesRequirements:Proficient understanding of how Microsoft's partner programs are executed and a track record of assessing, managing, and owning such programs at an organizational levelExperience working for a global system integrator (GSI) with exposure to complex partner programs, incentives, and investment programs from top-tier software companies ideally MicrosoftProven ability to contribute to teams to operationalize complex partner program requirements, processes, reporting, compliance, and portal managementAbility to leverage program knowledge to advise senior business leaders on maximizing benefits and minimizing risksStrong English speaking, influencing, and communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft products and technologiesExposure to continuous process improvement and automationDirect experience managing PAL/CPOR revenue recognition, incentives/earnings claims, and commercial marketplace listings
