SAP Data Archiving SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled SAP Data Archiving Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of data archiving solutions using SAP.Job Responsibilities:Server Administration:Add or remove authorization to file servers.Create new folders with authorization on existing Windows file servers.Handle annual access audit requests for overall file servers.Monitor Windows file servers.Troubleshoot issues related to authorization in Windows file servers.Troubleshoot issues related to Windows file servers.Divestment:Extract and transfer archived data to buyers.Extract and transfer archived documents to buyers. Create quality documentation on maintenance activities (changes, configurations, etc.).Software Management:Install Enterprise Scan application.Install new patches for Enterprise Scan.Troubleshoot issues related to Enterprise Scan.Install WinViewer application.Install new patches for WinViewer.Troubleshoot issues related to WinViewer.SAP Data Archiving:Activate and deactivate archive infrastructure (AIS).Run catchup archiving for new archive objects.Run sweepers for existing archive objects.Reporting Responsibility:Attend Agile ceremonies to provide status updates, impediments, and knowledge sharing.Update work items in ADO boards and team OneNote.Data Management & Archive Incident Management and Resolution:Assess and handle incidents and tickets that arrive during Bangkok working hours (ServiceNow and email) within the PI period, including handovers from/to foreign locations.Collaborate with other XOM technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.Create quality documentation about incident resolution and maintenance.SAP ILM Retention Management:Assist project teams to test archive functionalities (write, delete, retrieval).SAP ILM Warehouse Management:Assist project teams to test archive functionalities (write, delete, retrieval).Replication Server Migration/Upgrade:Perform data migration.Perform technical and functional testing.
