Construction Project ManagerWe are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the smooth execution of daily construction activities and ensure that site works are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.Supervise and control day-to-day site activities to ensure on-time completion of work.Execute construction works in compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.Plan daily and weekly work schedules, manpower, and material requirements in coordination with project engineers.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.Verify levels, alignments, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing work.Ensure quality of work and compliance with established company standards and safety norms.The role involves close monitoring of manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve timely and quality execution of the project.Coordinate with labor teams and engineers to resolve site issues and maintain productivity.Guide junior supervisors and foremen for efficient site operations.Report site issues, delays, or non-conformities promptly to the Project Engineer/Manager.
