Switch Industrialization SpecialistAt the heart of every successful product is a seamless transition from design to manufacturing. As a Switch Industrialization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring this critical process runs smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee manufacturability of switches.Define and optimize manufacturing processes, including tooling, assembly lines, automation, and testing procedures.Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards for manufacturing processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Implement new materials, technologies, and automation techniques to boost efficiency.Develop and oversee pilot runs, ensuring a smooth transition from prototype to mass production.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for industrialization initiatives.Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and process excellence.Requirements:10+ years of experience in industrialization or manufacturing of switches or similar electrical products.Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling design, and automation.Experience in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and lean manufacturing.Proficiency in industrial software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent.Exposure to new product industrialization (NPI) and lifecycle management.By joining our organization, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the development of innovative products.
