Architect & Lead - Full Stack Development - MERN Stack

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and features.- Design and implement user interfaces using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.Js, TypeScript, Chakra UI).- Develop and maintain the back-end of the application using server-side languages such as Node.js, Next.Js, Prisma ORM, Express.Js.- Architect, design, set up and manage the SQL & NOSQL databases and ensure data integrity and performance optimization.- Architect, design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems.- Write well-documented and efficient code and conduct code reviews.- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application performance.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.- Lead junior developers, provide technical guidance, and make architecture decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience as an Architect & Senior Full-Stack Lead Developer or similar role, with 5-8 years of hands-on development experience.- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.Js, Chakra UI).- Solid understanding of back-end technologies (Node.js, Prisma ORM).- Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.- Knowledge of server-side frameworks like Express.js.- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and DevOps practices.- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and code deployment best practices.- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical skills and critical thinking skills.- Strong communication, interpersonal skills.- Strong understanding of responsive web design and front-end frameworks, with a focus on Chakra UI.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.- A self-motivated and detail-oriented individual eager to learn and contribute.
