Your playground
  • Data-Driven : Track funnels, retention, and engagement to find insights that move the product forward.
  • Experimentation First : Design and run A/B tests, measure outcomes, and turn results into learnings for the team.
  • Feature Builder : Work with Tech and Design to ship user-facing features that are fast, clean, and useful.
  • Feature Marketer : Partner with Growth and CX so that every feature is discovered, and adopted.
  • Execution : Break down requirements, manage timelines, and ensure features launch with speed and polish.
  • Voice of User : Bring feedback and insights from customers directly into the product roadmap.

Must-have skills
  • Comfort with data: SQL, Excel, or analytics tools. Ability to interpret funnels and retention curves.
  • Understanding of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and how to evaluate results.
  • Grasp of product sense and UX basics.
  • Ability to write crisp product requirement docs.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across Tech, Design, Growth, and CX.
  • Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn fast.
