JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES


💬 Client Communication: Collaborate with US and European clients to understand their business needs and foster effective partnerships.

📝 Requirement Gathering: Conduct detailed sessions to identify client needs, pain points, and objectives. Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

📊 Business Understanding: Analyze clients' operations deeply to uncover areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.

🔍 Gap Analysis: Identify discrepancies between current practices and desired outcomes through comprehensive analyses.

💡 Solution Design: Deliver customized solutions using software like ClickUp, Odoo, and Make.com, aligning with client requirements.

📈 Diagram Creation: Develop state diagrams, flow diagrams, process flows, and other UML diagrams to visually represent workflows during requirement gathering.

📃 SOP Documentation: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and enhance team consistency.


QUALIFICATIONS


🌱 0 to 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst (Freshers are welcome; good talent has no bar)

🎓 Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

🌍 Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with international clients

🗣️ Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and nurture client relationships

💻 Proficiency or willingness to learn business process software such as ClickUp, Odoo, and Make.com

📊 Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to identify gaps and propose effective solutions

🤔 Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

📝 Experience in creating detailed SOPs and implementing business processes from start to finish

🤝 Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

🔧 Basic understanding of APIs, Webhooks, Python (for custom requirements), etc.
