Job Opportunity: OTM ConsultantWe are seeking a seasoned professional with hands-on expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM Cloud) to fill the role of OTM Consultant.The primary focus of this position will be on OTM implementation work, encompassing requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Deliver end-to-end OTM implementation services, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Configure OTM components: Order Management, Planning & Execution, Rates & Contracts Itineraries & Network setups, Automation Agents, Screen Sets, Saved QueriesCreate and review functional design documents, solution documents, and test scripts.Collaborate closely with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and enhancements.Execute SIT, support UAT, and ensure successful go-live.Provide post-implementation hypercare support.Work in Agile/DevOps delivery model ensuring timely completion of work items.Develop high-quality OTM Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, CRP sessions, and solution demonstrations.Manage configuration activities and validate functional scenarios.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations, data mapping, and custom logic.Support test cycle executions and provide issue resolution.Ensure solution compliance with OTM best practices and project standards.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
