Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment processes to build talent pipelines.Create role scopes, success profiles, and interview plans in collaboration with hiring managers.Talent Acquisition Expertise: Establish a full-cycle recruiting process, manage tools and reporting, and support employer branding efforts.This is a hands-on position that requires 7–12+ years of experience in talent acquisition from fast-growing tech or SaaS companies, including hiring for senior engineering and GTM roles. You should be organized and data-driven in your approach to recruitment and process improvement.Main Tasks:Source and engage top talent across engineering, ML, product, growth, and creative roles.Implement and manage ATS, scorecards, and basic recruitment analytics.Lead employer branding activities: careers page, candidate materials, social presence, events.Document HR processes for new hires in collaboration with finance and legal.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies, as well as a strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
