Identity and Access Management ConsultantThis is a unique opportunity to join our Cyber: Identity Team as an Identity and Access Management Consultant. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations.You will be part of the development and configuration of Saviynt solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt, driving efficiency and effectiveness in identity and access management.Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems, expanding the scope of Saviynt solutions and enhancing their value proposition.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials, supporting the development of a comprehensive knowledge base for the team.Stay updated with the latest Saviynt features and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation in identity and access management.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience working in identity-IGA domain with minimum 2 years of experience in Saviynt identity platform.Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, including authentication, authorisation, and accounting.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell, with experience in developing scalable and secure software solutions.Experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a strong understanding of cloud security and compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including customers, partners, and internal teams.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.Saviynt certification(s) preferred, but not required.
