Lead ArchitectWe are looking for a skilled professional to lead our design and development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating end-to-end solution architectures, reviewing and triaging incoming work, and allocating tasks across teams.Key Responsibilities:Design and Develop End-to-End Solutions: Create comprehensive architectures that meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Review and Triage Incoming Work: Assess new projects and initiatives, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.Allocate Tasks Across Teams: Effectively distribute workload among team members, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Requirements:Strong Technical Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience with Distributed Systems: Strong understanding of designing and implementing distributed systems, including experience with cloud-based technologies.Team Collaboration and Management: Ability to effectively manage and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, and experience with Agile methodologies.Security and Compliance: Understanding of security best practices and compliance regulations.Nice to Have:Experience with Nokia FlowOne: Familiarity with FlowOne modules, including Order Manager, Order Hub, Service Catalogue, BST.Knowledge of NFV MANO Stack: Understanding of NSD/VNFD, Mistral workflows.Cloud-Based Technologies: Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
