We are expanding our creative team and looking for a skilled Thumbnail Designer who can create eye-catching, high-CTR thumbnails that drive views and engagement.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, quick turnaround ability, and deep understanding of what makes YouTube thumbnails clickable.Key Responsibilities- Design high-quality, high-CTR YouTube thumbnails for news videos, interviews, explainers, and special reports- Understand video scripts, key moments, and emotional tone to translate them into compelling visuals- Use strong colour grading, typography, facial emphasis, and composition techniques- Deliver thumbnails in fast turnaround time in a newsroom-style environment- Brainstorm creative thumbnail concepts with the editorial and video team- Maintain brand consistency while also innovating with new styles- Edit photos, cutouts, and graphics when needed- Analyse performance analytics to improve future thumbnails- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlinesRequirements- 3-7 years of experience in YouTube or digital media thumbnail designing- Strong proficiency in Photoshop / Canva / Photo editing software- Ability to create custom cutouts, highlight expressions, add depth & contrast- Strong understanding of trending YouTube design styles- Ability to work in fast-paced, time-sensitive environment- Creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling sense- Basic understanding of news, politics, and digital media is a bonusPreferred Skills- Experience working with news or media channels- Understanding of colour psychology & viewer behaviour- Ability to suggest creative ideas that can boost CTR- Knowledge of Hindi/English content- Interest in current affairs and digital journalismWhat We Offer- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing digital news company- Remote flexibility with a collaborative team- Creative freedom and space to experiment- A chance to impact millions of viewers across India- Competitive salary based on experienceHow to ApplyInterested candidates can apply here and submit the google form - https://bit.ly/4pmjobxxx
