Key Financial Expertise: Delivering High-Quality Budgets and ForecastsWe are seeking a seasoned finance professional with exceptional expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role requires an individual who can provide high-quality budgets and forecasts that support informed decision-making.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Prepare rolling forecasts (monthly/quarterly/annual) incorporating business performance data for timely strategic decisions.Provide critical financial insights to senior leadership, driving informed business decisions.Analyze variances between actual results and budgeted/forecasted values, highlighting areas for improvement.Financial Analysis and ReportingDeliver accurate, timely monthly and quarterly management reports to stakeholders.Consolidate financial data across business units/regions, providing a unified view of performance metrics.Present actionable dashboards, KPIs, and executive summaries to key decision-makers.Financial Systems – HFM/PBCS SupportManage and optimize financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes within HFM/PBCS.Serve as liaison between Finance and IT/System Administrators for Hyperion and Oracle PBCS systems.Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to implement process improvements and automation.RequirementsChartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of relevant experience in IFRS & Consolidation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to manage complex datasets and deliver accurate financial analysis.Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Oracle Fusion, EPBCS & HFM.
