Role Description


Hoovu Fresh is a rapidly scaling company in the floral & FMCG space, focused on delivering freshness with innovation. To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a process-driven Accounts Manager who can take full ownership of accounting operations, compliance, and reporting.


What you’ll do:

✅ Manage day-to-day accounting – GL entries, bank reconciliations, vendor/customer ledgers

âś… Handle accounts payable & receivable, billing, and reconciliations

âś… Ensure timely monthly closures (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

✅ Manage statutory compliance – GST, TDS, PT, PF/ESIC filings

âś… Support audits with schedules and documentation

âś… Generate MIS reports and provide insights on expenses, collections, and cash flow

âś… Implement internal controls and process improvements


What we’re looking for:


Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting


5–7 years’ accounting experience with strong GST/TDS knowledge


Experience with Zoho Books (preferred) or similar systems


Proficiency in Microsoft Excel


Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
