Lead Senior Design ExecutiveWe are seeking a seasoned professional to take on a senior design role with direct ownership of marquee projects.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in commercial interiors, a proven portfolio of workplace projects, and the ability to independently lead design mandates end-to-end.Design Execution & DeliveryIndependently handle design mandates for large-scale commercial interior projects.Develop space plans, layouts, and design concepts aligned with client needs and brand ethos.Create and deliver design presentations, mood boards, and visualization outputs.Ensure high design quality, functionality, and innovation in all deliverables.Client & Stakeholder EngagementWork directly with clients, including CXOs and senior leadership, to understand requirements and present design solutions.Collaborate with business development teams during pitches to provide strong design-led perspectives.Act as the key design representative for assigned projects in client meetings.Collaboration & SupportPartner with execution, procurement, and estimation teams to ensure seamless translation of design intent into delivery.Utilize cutting-edge technology to enhance design visualization and client experience.Support the design team in driving design excellence and maintaining brand standards.Strategic ContributionKeep abreast of workplace design trends, sustainability practices, and emerging tools.Contribute to design innovation and the evolution of our design processes.Key Responsibilities:Effective communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, balancing creativity with practical execution.Strong design software proficiency (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, VR tools preferred).8–12 years of professional experience in commercial/workplace interior design.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.What We Offer:Opportunity to own and lead design mandates in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment.Exposure to cutting-edge technology and marquee clients.Competitive compensation with performance incentives.
