Key Responsibilities:

路 Implementation and verification of DFT architecture and features

路 Scan insertion and ATPG pattern generation

路 ATPG patterns verification with gate-level simulation

路 Test coverage and test cost reduction analysis

路 Strong managerial and communication skills
