Role OverviewWe are looking for a Specialist in AI and Psychometrics to join our R&D and Consulting department.This hybrid role combines innovation with psychometric expertise to design and improve our assessment tools, while supporting consulting projects worldwide.Design and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to optimize psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.Use AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages, and collaborate in reviewing translations and maintaining the translation database.Create AI-driven personalized programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments.Evaluate and fine-tune AI models with Data Science team to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.Partner with consultants and consulting teams to support the development of AI-supported solutions for customised assessments and reporting.Produce detailed technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for customized tools.Achieve Full Lifecycle Assessment Creation:Contribute to validation, revision, and enhancement of assessments.Develop innovative test items leveraging AI tools for item generation and quality assurance.Coordinate subject matter experts to ensure test content validity, reliability, and relevance of technical/functional tests.Manage R&D Projects by planning, tracking, and delivering project requirements on schedule.Collaborate MulticulturallyWork closely with R&D teams across India, London, and Paris in an agile environment.
