Accounting Manager JobWe are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations remotely.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of property accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP.Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Financial Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for all US properties.Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and projections.Cash Flow & Treasury Management:Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and ensure the availability of funds for operations and investments.Oversee treasury functions including banking relationships, loan compliance, and interest rate risk management.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including federal, state, and local tax laws.Lead the internal audit process and ensure the integrity of the financial reporting system.Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company's assets.Team Leadership & Development:Lead a remote finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.Foster a collaborative working environment and promote cross-functional teamwork.Stakeholder Management:Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel as necessary.Presentation of financial reports and insights to stakeholders.Technology & Systems:Implement and maintain financial systems and software.Leverage technology to streamline financial operations and reporting.Qualifications:Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in US property accounting and financial management.Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and experience working with US-based companies.Proven experience in managing remote teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
