This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients.Key responsibilities:Design and implement automation workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.•   Develop custom integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using Go and Python.•   Build and maintain microservices and backend automation scripts to support IT operations and service delivery.•   Automate routine tasks, incident response, and change management processes across ITSM.•   Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams to identify automation opportunities.•   Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of automation solutions.•   Document automation designs, test cases, and deployment procedures.Your future at KyndrylThere are lots of opportunities to gain certification and qualifications on the job, and you'll continuously grow as a Cloud Hyperscaler. And finally, you're open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional Experience:Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scoped applicationsAutomate ITSM processes including incident, change, request, and problem managementIntegrate ServiceNow with external platforms via REST/SOAP APIs to enable end-to-end automationConfigure SLAs, approval workflows, auto-assignment rules, and business logicCollaborate with DevOps and platform teams to embed automation into CI/CD pipelinesMonitor system logs, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with OEMs for resolution of P1–P4 incidentsRecommend platform enhancements and modernization strategies aligned with business goals.Mentor junior developers and enforce development standards and governance.5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and automationStrong expertise in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow StudioProven experience with ITSM, ITOM, and custom scoped applicationsFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and Agile deliveryExcellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.GoLang programming language.Preferred Technical and Professional Certification.ServiceNow Certified Application DeveloperServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM or ITOM)ITIL Foundation or higherBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
