Senior Integration Specialist Role SummaryA Senior Integration Specialist will lead the migration of existing on-premise systems to cloud-hosted environments, provide ongoing support for integrations, and work closely with cloud engineers.Main Responsibilities:Cloud Migration: Configure and deploy cloud-hosted components, collaborate with cloud engineers, and manage migration cutover activities.Integration Development & Enhancements: Develop, enhance, and maintain integration processes, applying best practices in process optimization, retry logic, error handling, and logging.Operations & Support: Provide L2/L3 support for integration issues, failures, and enhancements, monitor system health, troubleshoot failed processes, and drive root-cause analysis.Testing & Quality Assurance: Support unit testing, system testing, and UAT cycles, build test cases, and ensure all integrations run successfully after migration.Documentation & Governance: Create and maintain technical documentation, follow deployment, versioning, and change management standards, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.Required Skills & Experience:Integration experience.Cloud platforms collaboration.API and Web Services experience, Database integrations experience, SFTP/File integrations experience, and Connector setup & configuration experience.
