Job Description:The ideal candidate will design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, working collaboratively with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical designs. They will define the architecture of these solutions across various ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.Develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, requiring a deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other relevant modules.Collaborate with development teams to deliver solutions, including custom applications and integrations.Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and architecture best practices.Lead design reviews, performance tuning, and optimization efforts to ensure optimal system performance.Manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, utilizing REST and SOAP APIs.Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and assess the impact of new features.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years as a ServiceNow Architect.Proven experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Integration Hub.Experience with data modeling, CMDB design, and ServiceNow discovery.Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.Experience in regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators.
