Our approach focuses on what drives results.Scaling e-commerce, launching performance campaigns, and more – we deliver high-impact work without unnecessary complexity.We're seeking a Marketing Specialist to own our Google Ads offering and support new initiatives across Google Ads and Store Management.Job OverviewWe need a Marketing Specialist with deep experience in Google Ads and the ability to manage client accounts independently, from onboarding to optimisation.You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to our growth into eCommerce Store Management.This is a hands-on role where you'll work autonomously, take initiative, and drive performance.You'll collaborate closely with our founders to accelerate business growth and craft our vision for the marketing function.You'll gain a broad range of skills and exposure to how a fast-scaling agency operates.Main ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads ManagementFull ownership of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMAX, and Display.Campaign setup, tracking, GTM, and performance reporting.Ongoing campaign optimisation, testing, and strategy development.Client Account Management (Email-based)Regular performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations via email.Troubleshooting tracking issues and suggesting improvements.Google Ads & Store Management Campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting on Ads.Supporting store management, including product listings and merchandising.Internal Process ImprovementStreamlining setup processes and reducing operational grunt work.Flagging inefficiencies and building lean systems to scale ad operations.
