About the RoleWe are hiring OTM consultants who will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with OTM Cloud, SQL, and must be well-versed with Agile & DevOps practices.The successful OTM consultant will lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM implementation projects, work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions, configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules, perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems, conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues.Key Responsibilities:Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM Implementation projects.Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules.Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems.Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues.Requirements:Experience: 8–12+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)Skills:Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud; exposure to both functional and technical areas.Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures.Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build/release processes.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.Bonus Skills:Good To Have:OTM certificationsExperience in Logistics/Supply Chain domainAPI/Integration understanding (SOAP/REST)
