Cloud Technology SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Cloud Technology Specialist who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, optimizing systems, and communicating effectively across global teams.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and resolve cloud data storage issues to control data footprint and performance.Design, implement, and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems.Develop and deploy software solutions using industry-standard technologies.Configure cloud objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets aligned to data & security models.Manage test environments, coordinate cutovers, and troubleshoot deployment issues.Administer permission sets and ensure secure access across cloud modules.Collaborate with IT professionals, business analysts, QA, and product partners to gather requirements, document solutions, and run knowledge-transfer sessions.Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:3-5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud technology or software development.Strong proficiency in cloud integration tools, software development languages, and data analysis platforms.Experience with data visualization and reporting using industry-standard tools.Solid understanding of cloud security, permission sets, and user provisioning.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-have):Cloud platform certification; software development or architecture experience a plus.Practical experience with agile methodologies and version control systems.Familiarity with cloud computing principles, scalability, and high availability.Experience supporting global user bases and participating in on-call or release windows as needed.Soft Skills & Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organization and attention to detail.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones.Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team goals.
