Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented System Administration Trainee to join our team. As a System Administration Trainee, you will be responsible for monitoring customer Azure infrastructure, handling incidents and tickets, attending customer calls, and supporting the team in day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitoring of the customer's Azure infrastructure.Monitoring and handling incidents and tickets (Break-fix, Request, Change Requests).Attending customer calls.Supporting the team in day-to-day operations.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:B.E /B. Tech/ B. Sc. in Computer Science and IT.Min 60% in 10th and 12th and min 65% or 6.5 CGPA in B.E/B. Tech till 6th semester.No current backlogs.A degree in Cloud Computing is preferred but not required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Basic knowledge of Operating systems.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its related technologies.
